The Electric Building is owned and managed by K&D Group, Northeast Ohio’s largest residential apartment community and commercial ownership and management companies. K&D Group, established in 1984, is locally and family owned.
High-speed fiber internet and cable services will be available from K&D’s partnered providers; details will be provided during leasing.
Utility setup instructions will be provided prior to move-in.
Appointments are recommended to ensure that our Property Manager will be available to show you around and answer your questions, but walk-ins are welcome during business hours.

Maintenance & Services
Submit a maintenance request online through the resident portal – if you need assistance with the resident portal, you may contact the Leasing Office.
Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day through the on-call service line provided at move-in. The number is also available on your resident portal, and on your refrigerator magnet.
Yes — K&D offers professional on-site maintenance with 24-hour emergency response.
Residents are typically not required to be present and must specify preference when entering the request; maintenance work will be completed during normal office hours.

Leasing, Requirements, & Policies
We have suites available for immediate move-in on Floors 2-7; Floors 8-9 will be available in the month of May (pre-leasing is available for these floors).
Yes — cats and small dogs (30 lbs or less) are welcome. Two pets per suite (one dog). Fees and restrictions apply.
Application review typically takes 1-3 business days once all documents are received.
Yes! We have suites currently available for immediate move-in on Floors 2-7, and we are pre-leasing Floors 8-9 (these 2 floors will be ready for move-in beginning in May).
Standard 12-month leases will be offered. Month-to-month leases are available at a monthly premium upon successful completion of initial 12-month lease term.

Payments can be made securely online through the resident portal by bank transfer or credit card.
Yes — proof of renter’s insurance will be required prior to move-in. All K&D residents are pre-qualified for ResidentShield insurance policy. To register, visit www.ResidentShield.com, call 1-800-566-1186 to speak to a customer service representative, or pick up a ResidentShield brochure from the Leasing Office.
